How long does it take to process my tenancy application?

Quite often when we conducting Open Homes a lot of applicants ask how long it may take to find out if they have been approved for a property they are interested in applying for.

While there is no set time frame we do try to have all applications processed within 48 hours.

A really helpful thing when applying for a property is to make sure you have all of the documentation we require ready to send through to avoid any delays.

This includes:
• 100 points of ID
• Proof of income such as payslips or bank statements
• All questions filled out on the application form.
• A valid phone number and email address for your references.

Having your application form complete with all accompanying documents makes the process a lot quicker and therefore easier to get you an answer sooner, so please keep this in mind next time you are applying for a property as it will help the process run a lot smoother.
