This well equipped home offers, polished timber floors and two well appointed bedrooms to cater for couples, friends or families. This property is securely fenced to safely park your boat at the rear of the property if you wish to.
Bed 1 – Queen bed with a single trundle

Downstairs living/bedroom – 2 x Single fold out beds (BYO Linen) available on request.
There is a fully functioning kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and fridge . The laundry has a washing machine and there is an iron and ironing board for guests to use. Both bathrooms have a limited supply of soap, hand soap and toilet paper. All linen for the 2 bedrooms upstairs is included for your convenience. Bath towels are provided also.
There is an extra room downstairs which can be used as either be a bedroom, rumpus, games room etc.This room has a lounge, TV, games & 2 x fold out beds that can be available on request (BYO Linen).
